Request a Spay/Neuter Appointment

It is important that you review our full list of services available and understand our pricing.
Dog prices are by weight – please make sure you understand the fees associated with the weight of your dog.
Please read all of the following information before requesting an appointment.
Deposit & Consent Required
We require pre-signing of consent forms and an online deposit of $50 to secure your appointment.
No Refunds of Deposits
Due to high demand for appointments, if you do not show up for your appointment, FOTAS will not offer a refund. Your deposit will be applied to help with our operating costs.
48-Hour Cancellation
You may cancel or reschedule within 48-hours of your appointment.
Payment
We accept Credit and Debit cards for the online $50 deposit and full payment on day of surgery. An email will be sent to you before pick up with a link to an easy-to-use online payment portal. Cash is also accepted for the remaining due at time of surgery. We do not accept CARE credit cards or personal checks.
Important: Is your Dog in Heat?
If you suspect your dog is in heat, please wait at least one month, two months is best, after bleeding stops before scheduling surgery. If your dog begins her heat cycle after you’ve already scheduled an appointment, call us immediately to reschedule at 541-200-2525.
If your dog is in heat, her spay surgery may be postponed. Spaying a dog in heat carries increased risks, including higher blood flow to the reproductive organs and a longer recovery time.
If we must postpone your dog’s surgery on the day of the appointment, it means another pet may miss their chance for surgery, leading to another unplanned litter that could have been prevented. Your cooperation helps us continue our mission of reducing pet overpopulation.

Schedule Online (preferred method)
Scheduling online is the fastest option. Click on the “Request Appointment” button below and follow the prompts. If there is not an available appointment on a date you have chosen, that means appointments for that species, sex, or weight are full for that day. If no appointment dates are listed, this is not a mistake, it means our schedule is full at this time.
Appointments are added frequently, so we encourage you to check back often. If no appointments appear, rest assured this is not an error—availability simply depends on our current scheduling capacity.
While we don’t keep a waitlist, you can stay updated on new openings through announcements on our website, Instagram (@fotasclinic), and Facebook (/fotasclinic).
Please do not use multiple methods to request an appointment. We will respond to requests in the order they are received.

Schedule by Phone
Requesting an appointment online is the fastest scheduling method (see above). We receive a high volume of calls daily. If you must schedule by phone, call us at 541-200-2525. Please leave a message and we will contact at our earliest availability.
