The Friends of the Animals Community Spay & Neuter Clinic is now open to address the animal overpopulation crisis in Southern Oregon. The FOTAS Community Spay & Neuter Clinic will be the ONLY clinic in Southern Oregon focusing solely on DOG and CAT spay/neuter surgeries.
