We want to help you get your pet fixed (spayed or neutered). If you get help from the government or don’t make a lot of money, we may be able to help pay for it.
How to Ask for Help

Call or email us:
Call 541-200-2525 or email scheduling@fotas.org
If we don’t answer, leave a message. We’ll call you back in about 3 days. -
Tell us about your family and money situation.
We’ll ask a few questions to see if you qualify. -
Send your papers:
Email your ID and proof of income or assistance to scheduling@fotas.org OR bring copies to us before your pet’s appointment.
You must send these within 3 days after we say yes. -
Pay a $25 fee:
This helps us run the program. It is not refundable.
Please note:
- We don’t have help for everyone. Money goes fast. You must apply early.
- You must be approved before your pet’s surgery day.
- We can’t accept papers the day of surgery.
- Each household may receive assistance for up to two pets per calendar year.
