Our Paws & Effect Funds are being created to help subsidize surgery costs for individuals who quality for assistance. The fund categories will continue to expand as generous donors like you help us create these special needs opportunities.
Presently our subsidy funding categories include:
The Spay It Forward Fund
Friends of the Animals (FOTAS) recognizes the need for financial assistance in paying for spay/neuter services for qualifying clients.
FOTAS has invested, and continues to invest, donated funds to address animal over-population by opening the Friends of the Animals Community Spay & Neuter Clinic that makes services more easily accessible.
FOTAS is a non-profit, and our funding does not enable us to currently provide this extra layer of assistance. We are working toward that goal, because we know how important it for our community.
We are actively asking for contributions from generous donors who understand that fixing just one pet saves the lives of hundreds through prevention.
Additional funding will also come from:
No-show appointments, where the client’s deposit is forfeited.
Grants, when available.
Spay it Forward funds will provide the extra support required to reach all segments of our community and truly make an impact.
Contributing to this fund will enable the FOTAS Community Spay & Neuter Clinic to reach segments of the population that otherwise could not afford to have their pets fixed.
